Principles

Four things we hold to.

01

Never fabricate intelligence

Where an input is missing, the deliverable says so and names what is needed. It never contains plausible filler dressed as a finding. In a TLPT deliverable, a fabrication does not sit quietly on the page — it gets emulated against a production estate.

02

Grade the confidence, grade the source

Every assessment carries an explicit confidence level tied to its evidence base. Sources are graded for reliability and credibility, and the scheme in force is defined in the document.

03

Independence is structural, not claimed

We deliver no offensive testing of any kind. Under TIBER-EU and CREST STAR-FS the intelligence provider and the red team must be separate organisations, and our business is built to sit permanently on one side of that line.

04

No intelligence theatre

No actor names included because they are recognisable. No indicator dumps to demonstrate volume. No alarmist framing to justify a renewal. If a finding does not change what you would do, it does not belong in the report.

Training

CTI-CRAFT practitioner programme

Practical cyber threat intelligence training for analysts and the teams that depend on them — structured analytic technique, PIR design, source assessment, and reporting that decision-makers actually use.
